Property Description

Apartment Roudias is a charming ground floor apartment that offers breathtaking golf and sea views within its large private garden - an amazing spot for enjoying the tranquil location that the apartment is nestled into.

The pretty, well-kept garden (that is also well grown-in offering privacy within the grounds) is the absolute highlight of staying at Apartment Roudias. The views here are second to none, you can literally walk a few steps to the communal pool from the end of the garden, and there's plenty of space for sunbathing, BBQing, dining and generally enjoying the peace and quiet that is on offer at this part of the resort. So, don't forget to pack your books and download your favourite podcasts, you've found the perfect holiday spot for switching off and relaxing, coupled with the prettiest of backdrops for good measure!

Inside Apartment Roudias you have all the home comforts that you could need for an ideal self-catering stay. The spacious, open-plan living and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV (with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option), bluetooth speaker and dining table and chairs. This room, as well as the two bedrooms, opens out to the garden which means that all rooms offer a beautiful view of the garden and golf course beyond. The kitchen is modern, very well equipped and benefits from having a dishwasher and coffee machine.

Both bedrooms are double rooms. The master room has an ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, as well as a separate shower and his and hers sinks. The second double room has access to a second bathroom which has a large shower unit.

The apartment comes with free, reliable Wi-Fi and is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Apartment Roudias is around a 20 minute stroll to the resort village centre, but don't be put off - the walk is a beautiful one, running alongside the golf course (or takes 3 minutes to drive), and the tranquility that the location brings is well worth being a little further out. We recommend taking a chilled bottle of local wine to the little table and chairs at the end of the garden and watching as the sun sets over the Mediterranean...these are the type of holiday moments on offer at Apartment Roudias that will stick with you well beyond your stay at Aphrodite Hills.

What do I need to know

Our Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

The Tennis Academy

The Aphrodite Hills Resort Tennis Academy is a world-class tennis facility with numerous hard courts and clay courts (all floodlit), as well as boasting two fantastic Padel Tennis courts, a Basketball court and a well-stocked Pro Shop.

Horse Riding
